Hamilton Car Wash featuring Neoglide

Just went for the first time. My car was done so quickly. Interior was not done well. Rug, inside the cup holder barely touched. Rear view mirror still had spots, not dried properly. So disappointed . Was hoping for a good full service car wash.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk did not greet me or make me feel welcomed. She simply told me the price, took the payment, and did not even thank me for my business.

I really expect that if I’m paying $25 for a car wash, I’m getting quality. There’s chips sitting on my floor and seats and I’m pretty sure they didn’t even attempt to get to my third row. There’s streaks all over the interior from where they did not properly wipe down and dust. I usually go to the auto valet and do the interior myself for $13-16. Very unacceptable. Instead of trying to be quick how turn over customers, provide a quality wash so they keep coming. I’m looking forward to the auto wash that’ll be open nearby soon bc I’ll never return here. I’m truly frustrated! 0 stars if I could.

The people here are friendly but thats the only great thing about this place. When I got there, I did the most expensive package. Before I came, I called asking if they have any additional services i could add on for interior cleaning. They said their highest package includes mat cleaning, vacuuming, etc. I was so excited! I even paid extra to have the trunk cleaned. The car goes through the wash, vacuum, etc. I get in, and the seats weren't vacuumed. The top mat was cleaned but the bottom mat was not vacuumed properly. The top dash had a minimal wipe but nothing else was wiped down. When I opened the trunk, some leaves were still there. I paid extra for the trunk cleaning. Barely any vacuum lines. I specifically called to ask what their services include. They told me interior was also taken care of. They lied. It was 10% done at most. There was an individual before me and he actually stayed and complained that the car wasnt done, and showed the man vacuuming exactly where to vacuum and essentially "how to do his job". Treating staff with this behavior would normally make me upset but after seeing how my car was handled I completely understand. Also, when I went to drive off,

This place has seriously gone downhill — don’t waste your money here. I paid $25 for a car wash that was supposed to include vacuuming and interior cleaning, and the job was completely unacceptable. The vacuuming was poorly done — dirt and crumbs were still clearly visible — and my dashboard and center console were never even touched. For $25, I expect at least the basics to be done right. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere.
